1- When you do not have internet access, you start thinking a lot about what you would do first once you get access. Getting curious about updates in Facebook, Twitter and etc.
2- You never tell others how much time you spend on the internet because you are afraid they tell you are an addict.
3- If you have less self-control that means you are an addict.
4- Logging onto the internet while your at a lecture or work.
5- Checking a lot on your mailbox when not needed.
6- Looking forward to upgrade your computer, computer's accessories and software when not needed.

ReplyDeleteBut given the changing trends in the world sometimes checking an email may be essential frequently. some people are straight up addicted to checking their empty inboxes but others may need to. sometimes i may check my email account 2 times a day since i get emails for electronics deals and they are limited so i can say these may be the specifications for a net addict but not everyone who falls under one of these categories may be one, but we have a lot of them all over the world
ReplyDeleteThat would be one of the exceptions asadp. These tend to be general and broad to get people to think about their actions, but as long as their is a legitimate reasoning behind it such as yours and not like your other example of being addicted to obscene amounts of refreshes in a short period of time then it should not appear to be a problematic issue.
